This nutritious "golden milk" blend is made with a combination of organic food forest products grown by the Red Ratzum Cooperative, a collective of 109 Maya Q’eqchi families living in the mountains of Lanquin, Guatemala. 

Ingredients: Turmeric, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper.

Preparation Notes: Take a scoop of golden milk powder and blend it with hot water or milk, coconut oil, and honey, for a delicious anti-inflammatory brew.

This product does not contain dairy.
